Shipping is FREE on all items to the continental U.S. The price you see on the item is the price you will pay, period. The only time you will pay any charges for shipping are on certain types of returns. Please see our return policy for more information.
Our merchandise rarely suffers shipping damage, but in the event that damage does occur you will need to follow certain guidelines in order to handle the situation properly. Upon purchasing an item, it will be assumed that you have read and understood this information.
Remember, damage to the box does not necessarily mean that the item has been damaged, nor does a pristine box necessarily indicate undamaged merchandise. Regardless of what the box looks like, you should thoroughly inspect your items as soon as they arrive, and refuse shipment ONLY if the item itself is damaged.
When your package is delivered, IMMEDIATELY check for damage to the item while the driver is still present. Open the top of the box to check the upper portion of vanities, which is the area most likely to have sustained damage. Check for cracks in any vessel sinks. If there is any damage whatsoever to an item you should immediately refuse delivery. Whenever you are prompted to sign for an order please write "subject to inspections" next to your signature.
Customers are responsible for reporting any damage within twenty-four hours of receiving the item so that we can report to our shipper. This includes taking digital pictures of any damage, which should be e-mailed to us immediately at
