Guarantee:
Tradewinds Imports, LLC. fully guarantees all of our products.
If a product is damaged upon arrival we will gladly
refund the merchandise purchase price or provide a replacement.
*Proof
of sale is required for all claims
Return
Policy: All returns must be made within 5 business days of your
shipment’s arrival. Non-damaged items must be
returned and postpaid (C.O.D returns not accepted), in unmodified, saleable
condition. There is a 25% restocking fee charged.
Returns may be made by properly
packaging and shipping the returnable merchandise WITH A COPY OF THE
PRINTED
SHIPPING LABEL YOU RECEIVED WITH THE ORDER, along with any additional
information
that will help us process your return quickly.
SHIPPING
DAMAGE: Report any damage to our Customer
Service Department immediately. If the damage is not reported
within
2 business days of it’s arrival a return
request will not be honored. You MUST retain all packaging material for the carrier's
inspection.
Once the carrier has picked up the damaged merchandise for inspection,
and all original materials are confirmed present,
an exchange will be processed.
